It is possible to book courses by telephone, post or by visiting the Climbing Centre in person. To help ensure your booking is dealt with smoothly and efficiently please decide on your preferred booking method and then read the relevant information below.

PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS

We may, at our discretion, accept provisional bookings (i.e. those made without payment) for some courses or groups. Such bookings will only be held for a maximum of 7 days. The appropriate full payment/deposit must be made to confirm the booking. Failure to make payment within the 7 day period will automatically cancel the booking.

TELEPHONE BOOKINGS

• Telephone the booking line between 11am and 4pm (Mon to Fri) on 0117 908 3491. Payment is available by Credit or Debit Card. There is a £2 administration charge for bookings made by Credit Card.

POSTAL BOOKINGS

• Read our booking terms and condtions
• Complete a booking form and return this to the Climbing Centre. Payment must be made at the time of booking, either by cheque (payable to Undercover Rock Ltd) or by Credit or Debit Card. Provisional bookings will not be accepted by post. There is a £2 administration charge for bookings made by Credit Card.

IN PERSON

• Read our booking terms and condtions
• Complete a booking form and return this to the Climbing Centre. Payment must be made at the time of booking by cheque (payable to Undercover Rock Ltd). It may also be possible to pay by Credit or Debit Card during normal office hours. There is a £2 administration charge for bookings made by Credit Card.
