ADVANCED LEAD CLIMBING

Learn to lead to your limit with confidence in yourself and your belayer. This indoor course concentrates on the skills needed to climb to your potential. This 3 hour course focuses on the following areas:

Technique – efficient movement, reading sequences, smooth clipping, falling
Psychology – planning climbs, focusing, controlling feadr
Belaying – anticipating the climber, dynamic arrests
Training – planning effective sessions, red pointing and on–sighting
