New Circuits  02/07/09

We have 3 new circuits set by the lovely Jak and Lloyd. They are:

Yellow - 6b
Purple and Yellow Spots - 6c+
Red - 7a+

So come along and try them out in our bouldering area!

Youth Squad Trials  01/07/09

The trial will consist of a series of climbing routes and a boulder challenge. The cost is �5 to enter. Please find attached a registration form. This needs to be completed and returned back to the booking office in advance of the trial along with full payment of your child's place. A parent or guardian is requested to stay on site and please arrive 10 minutes before the trial is due to start.

The aim of the squad is to nurture talent and expand knowledge of the world of climbing. The instructor team working with the Squad will be made up of experienced coaches, with excellent specialist knowledge within areas of climbing. There are only limited spaces available and we would like to wish you the best of luck.

Youth Squad Trials  01/07/09

Undercover Rock are proud to host our Second Youth Squad Trials, designed for climbers aged 7 to 15 years. We are offering the chance for your child to take part in the upcoming trials for a possible place within Undercover Rock's Youth Climbing Squad. The trials will take place on the following dates:

Age 7-9
Monday 13th July 2009 - 5pm to 7pm
Monday 20th July 2009 - 5pm to 7pm

Age 10-15
Wednesday 15th July 2009 - 5.30pm to 7.30pm
Wednesday 22nd July 2009 - 5.30pm to 7.30pm

Youth Summer Boulder Competition  01/07/09

Undercover Rock are proud to host our Annual Youth Summer Bouldering Competition specifically designed for our Youth Xtreme and Rockhoppers climbers. It takes place on SATURDAY 11TH JULY 2009 from 10.00am to 12.00pm (registration at 9.30am); latest finish time is 12.30pm.

The competition takes the form of a series of Bouldering challenges, with the climbers split into three age categories as follows:

� Age 7 to 9
� Age 10 to 12
� Age 13 to 15 (Male and Female)

The cost is �6 to enter; there will be a variety of prizes for the top three in each category as well as a separate Climber Of The Day award. All climbers will receive a Certificate. This is a very friendly event, and we hope that all our junior climbers will come along. No special equipment is required, but chalk bags and climbing shoes are recommended.
