LEADERSHIP

This course represents the culmination of the Youth Development training programme. It offers 16 to 19 year old students more complex challenges of increasing difficulty and psychometric tools such as NLP and MBTI ® will be utilised.

The theory input will involve students looking at and experimenting with the various leadership styles available to them. Feedback to and from each other is an essential and integral part of the course.

As part of their target setting students will produce a statement for their CV outlining their learning and what they can offer employers and colleges. We can offer support with Silver and Gold D of E as part of this course.
